Hello All!

Just wanted to send out my "thanks" to this forum for saving me time, energy and frustration with a problem I was having with Quick Tracks. I have been with this forum since the days of Jerry Jones et. al. and I have yet to be disappointed with the help I have received. The willingness and quick responses are greatly appreciated and for any new members to this forum, all I can say, you will get no better assistance for VideoStudio from anywhere else. If the answer(s) is not here - then there probably isn't one. . .yet!!! Just stay tuned and an answer will turn up.

Oh, by the way, I am NOT referring to assistance from Ulead if such a service even exists. Not sure if Chen works for Ulead, but he has been helpful on occasions. Just wanted to clarify whom I am addressing in this thank you note. Be blessed!

H.T. Chien, just out of curiosity do you work Ulead? If so keep up the good work, I love the products. And I too want to thank all you who help us when we need it, this forum is great.
