has or is there any one who can get me the unluck key ? i have allready contacted tech support.. i have sent them my e mail confermation ,,as per when i bought the Animated Gif 5 ..i really would like to know how i can get the darn thing burned to a cd .. so that way it want take months... to get it going again,, i got it online esd..download from uleads ftp site.. i hate " Viruses " and down time.. im allready registerd on the web site.. and have had my downloads regesterd too... serial numbers wont do this.. i have replaced my hard drive and ...well just about every thing ,,, i have no way of getting the codes... please help... thanks ...

When you purchase the ESD software you can always request for a backup CD (which is recommended). But since you have already purchased it and did not request for a backup CD, you have to do the backup process by yourself. After you download the ESD software, you can use any data burning tool to burn the ESD software to a CD (or DVD) for future use and you should keep the serial number by yourself (or you can choose to register in your Ulead member profile on Ulead website so you can check it online).

If you do not make the backup and lost the download software, contact Element 5 as Viking suggested with your purchase receipt then you will be able to redownload the ESD software.

For virus in your system, I think Ulead cannot offer much help. You need to do the virus protection by yourself.

thanks for your reply.. both of you.. well i did burn the download to a cd .. i also made a .doc file that has my info when i bought the software.. but when my processor failed over a year ago ... i tried using it and it said my name and refrence number was not a good number ... so i gues each time i down load the origanial esd software to my hard drive.. it generates a new code... thats were im screwd... thanks alot ..

tho ... I like the software ......
