Photo Impact 11: Problems since install

When I was using PI 8 I had no problems whatsoever. Now that I started using Photo Impact 11 two months ago, I have constantly experienced crashes of the software, freeze ups, and errors. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have the downloaded/upgrade version. I also had Ulead send me a disc of Photo Impact 11. Should I uninstall PI 11 and re-install it using the disc? Is the disc version a full version of PI 11? Or does PI 8 need to be re-installed and then 11 over that? Just not sure.

I'm not sure which activation version you got, they have changed it because of opposition to the activation code via internet method.

If PI is behaving badly, it could be some corruption caused during download.

You don't need the PI 8 installed but I would leave it there. They happily live next to one another. If you don't have it installed, PI may ask you for the serial number of PI 8 during installation.
