What is the difference between Variable and Constant bitrate encoding ?
And which of these 2 is better quality encoding
I'll answer your question if you reduce the size of your avatar.
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB.

Save the image that you're hotlinking to, to your computer. Resize it to an appropriate size, No larger then 100px x 100px. Then upload it to a free hosting site like Putfile, imageShack, etc.. there are several to choose from. Then in your profile link to the resized one. It's not difficult. If you don't have an image editing program try Irfanview http://www.irfanview.com, it's free.
Until you either resize or remove your avatar, don't expect much assistance.

You're also likely to get better help if you take the time to post a much more informative subject - "diifference"??? between what? 'Universal_Pictures' and 'Paramount_Pictures' perhaps?

Back to the question;
CBR: Constant Bitrate is just that; if you set 5,000 kbps the that's what the encoder will use regardless if the scenes content is complex it or not.
VBR: Variable Bitrate changes the bitrate according to the complexity of a scenes content. If you set 5,000 kbps it will use that if the scene requires, but it will reduce the bitrate when encoding simpler content. In very simple scenes it will go as low as 2.000 kbps.
This intelligent encoding works nicely most of the time, but certain content changes so much that VBR can get confused; race car videos, beach scenes with crashing waves etc., making CBR a safer choice for them.
To resize your avatar: you have hot-linked to an online image, SO FIND A SMALLER ONE!! Why do I say that? Because your avatar is hosted on HandBag.com, a UK womens fashion/beauty site

Google Images is a good place to start, and their sizes are listed under them.

The only thing disabled about your PC is the guy in front of it. How did you upload this image, did you link to someone elses image on their website?Universal_Pictures wrote:I cant shrink it man? It is uploaded from a website ,And i cant upload my own image from my computer somehow it is disabled
Are you aware that this is called "Bandwidth theft"? Every time someone here is looking at that offensively sized avatar of yours, the unfortunate person that is hosting this image is taking a hit on the bandwidth allowance given by their ISP.
