MovieFactory 4 VCD problem

I created a photo VCD using MovieFactory 4 but it will not open or show the photos. My media players all tell me "Please turn on PBC to show photos." What the heck is "PBC" and how do I turn it on? Thanks!

Please check your player manual for PBC issue. It means your player is not in VCD 2.0 compatible mode.
