MP3 audio is Sometimes Gone

I am a little baffled. I have made several DVDs with anywhere from 3 to 6 MP3 songs with video, stills, etc. I ALWAYS play the projects on my TV and DVD player before I deliver the DVD to the other person.

On several occasions, they will bring the DVD back and say that all the video and audio played, EXCEPT ONE SONG. It is not the same song that won't play. It is a different one everytime. And it isn't in the same place on the DVD either. I always use MP3s and they always play on my player when I test it and watch it all the way through.

OK, when they return the DVD and I test it again, it always plays all the way through. The DVDs never mess up for me when I test them initially or after they bring it back and I test it again.

Anybody have any similar experience? I'm not sure where to start investigating.

-VS8 software

Any ideas?
