I just downloaded an upgrade to VS10 from VS9. I've never had any problems with ULEAD products, but I'm having trouble with a conflict on video codecs. Upon crashing, it lists cevideo.ax as the trouble. Do I need to reinstall the program or reinstall some other codec?

CEVideo.ax is a video codec of Ulead DVD Player.
I think you can fix the problem by removing Ulead DVD Player (if you have it installed) and use WinDVD player that come with UVS 10.
Hope this helps.
