DVD movie factory 3

I installed DVD MF 3SE provided with my TV card. I tried to author a DVD. Everything works fine until the final step - preparing the DVD/ burning . The final scree issues an error Program Files\Common Files\UleadSystem\DVD\uDVDBurnMgr is not registered

If continued the program crashes
Itried the latest patches. Did not work.

I tested and uninstalled the trial version of the version 5 before I installed the full version 3SE. How to remove the issue?
