Country not "locking in"

G'day everyone...

Having probs getting the country to lock in to MovieFactory when I install it. Previously I have installed the program and have had "Australia +61" listed in the countries... since reloading my system, the option hasn't been available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program over and over... but, even though I choose Australia from the country list, it no longer appears as an option. And, due to this, I cannot get certain channels to tune in (via an attached TV card that picks up all stations perfectly).

Is there any way to manually force the program to use Australia as the base country?

What version is your DVD MovieFactory?
