Using MovieFactory 2 SE.
updated with patches off the site.

When I use MF2 I find a file in the directory that I outupt to.
_vfc.chk says recovered file fragment. Its 2kb big.
Theres only one but I get them whenever I do a DVD to disk "burn".

Is this normal ? Is this a sign of something wrong ?

One question, how long haven't you defragged your hard disk??

.CHK file is generated by Windows, which means there are some files lost or not stored properly in your hard disk. This is usually happened when you do not defrag your hard disk for a very long time. (Well, Windows is not a perfect system....)

I think you need to scan your hard disk to see if there is any problem with your hard disk.
