Download vs boxed version

The ulead website indicates that the Box version includes additional bonus items: - 4 Alien Skin Plug-in Filters - 1,000 Hemera® Photos, etc.

My question: Is the additional content worth the additional $$ for the boxed version?

Let Me Put It Like This!

If your download version crashes and you have to reinstall, which would be easier? Redownloading or popping in a CD?

I really think this would be a mute point if I download the application and burn it to cd or dvd. All I was asking is if the additional content is worth the additional $$.

That is an entirely subjective question and you don't have to be surprised to get an answer like that.

As far as I'm concerned, the answer is No. All my ULEAD software in use at the moment has been downloaded. I have accumulated a number of SE versions bundled with hardware over the years but never bothered to install it.

By the way, i agree with you on the SE versions. (Although they are good to keep the birds out of the garden!)

They also came in handy initially, qualify for an upgrade

The user guide is still worth the Boxed version.
