Menu Problem

I have searched but cannot find any info on the following problem.

Just using the trial of DVDWS 2.0 with a view to upgrading but have a problem with the menu.

To create a DVD from a mini DV tape recording, I have created a 2gb - m2p file using Premier 6.5. This video is one hour in length and is the only title in the DVDWS2 project.

I have created a menu using a sport template with added text and menu items. This menu has six chapters inserted from the video.

The six items are two imported still images and four frames from the video. I have removed the motion tick so that they are all static, although this had no effect - the problem occurs with motion and without (with the pics as well as the frames).

The problem is that whenever a button is pressed in the finish preview window, all of the chapters play the first frame of the first chapter before playing the correct chapter.

It is only on screen for a split second but is so frustrating and looks quite poor.

Briefly, to try to clarify, every time any chapter is accessed, a split second of the first play chapter is seen before the selected chapter plays.

The original video is over two hours long so I have split the m2p file and the projects into two, each having its own directory and this problem does not happen with disc two, only disc one.

Does anyone have any ideas on this and how I can stop it happening.
