MotionMenu Checkbox is always disabled

Hi,
Can anybody help me with this problem?
When I create the DVD in the project, the MotionMenu Checkbox is always disabled.
After I create the DVD, I also have problem with the menus. I can not move between the clip in the main menu by using -> and <- buttons on the remote control.

are you making a VCD, SVCD, or DVD? The way the buttons work in MovieFactory is for VCD and SVCD, you use the number buttons on your remote control. For DVD you can use the navigational arrow buttons to switch chapter buttons...

That's why, I'm making VCDs. But why ulead make it this way. -> and <- only works on DVD? Why not on VCDs too?
Do you have any idea that my motion menu checkbox is always disabled? That means I can not create motion menu at all.

for motion menus, you will have to make a dvd. the software doesn't support the motion for VCD and SVCD discs...

I think it might be the limitation of the SVCD/VCD spec, not software....???

I haven't done it, but I've seen guides that let you create motion menus for VCD and SVCD -- so it appears it is possible.
