Problem capturing DV from HDV

Hi,

I'm trying to capture some old DV footage from a new Sony HDR-HC3E camcorder and I'm getting the following message when I try 'Failed to build a preview graph'

I can capture HDV footage without any problems. I can view the DV footage on the camcorder, I just can't seem to capture it.

When I try to capture the video, I'm choosing the source as 'Sony -- HDV' as I would to capture the HDV. I'm pretty new to VideoStudio, am I doing something wrong?

Sorted, needed to specify from camcorder whether iLink was working as HDV or DV. When I set to DV, Windows installed DV drivers and capture worked OK.
