Direct to Disc (DVD)....only 00:40:47 minutes???

When trying to burn a TV program direct to disc (DVD), moviefactory gives the error "There is only 00:40:47 minutes on disk or hard disk...etc". I have plenty of disk space for the temp image (60gb or so). I should be able to get 90 minutes on a DVD at the "good quality" setting. Please advise if anyone has run into/fixed this problem..Thanks. FYI, I'm able to burn (direct to disc) up to the 40min limit without problems.

I believe I found the problem. Even though my capture folder had plenty of space, it appears "direct to disk" looks at the "working folder" for enough space to burn the disk. I changed the "working folder" on the initial moviefactory screen to a larger disk and everything is working now. Sounds like a bug to me.
