why does this site log me out, and why is my capture video

I continue to have problems with this site logging me out. oh well, my captured video is playing in fast forward does anyone have clue what i have missed?

If it's playing fast forward in Media Player - that's because media player is crap.

Drop it onto the timeline and see if it's fast there, too.
