Sorry if this questions has been asked before:
My camera uses MPEG4 format for the files and VS 10 does not seem to recognise this format.
Does VS 10 support MPEG4 or am I doing something wrong. I have no problems opening .MOV files from my old camera.
Do I need to convert the files from MPEG4 to MPEG2? If so, how do I do that?
Easy on the newbie VS user please...
Thanks all.
Does VS 10 support MPEG-4 Format??

I assume your camera came with software. Perhaps that software can do it. Or, you can try SUPER (FREE!!!), or Ulead Video Toolbox ($40 - $50 USD after free trial). What options do I have?? Can I save my files to MPEG2??
