uninstall not possible MSP7 trial

First, sorry for my english because I talk french and the forum on ulead.fr is verry poor.

I have a big problem with the trials versions of somes products of ulead. I have installed the trial version of cool3d, cool360, MSP7, videostudio7 and movie factory2. I have tryed and I'm happy with MSP7. So I uninstall cool3d, cool360, videostudio7 and when i want uninstall (allways with control pannel-add/remove program) moviefactory2, the file ....\runtime\0701\intel32\ctor.dll missing.
I have create all files of this directory with a copy of the ...\runtime\0700\intel32\ and that don't work.
The MPS7 stay in the control pannel. I try re-install with the trial version (.exe) and only remove it's possible... I click "Yès" for remove with this application and the porcess work but it's not possible to remove MPS7, it stay in control pannel. It's the same problem with movie factory2.
How I can remove the two program

I have used your process discribe in your faqs support
I have deleted with respect the process and I have re-install the trial version and I have uninstall with add-remove program in the control pannel. It's work
to remove MovieFactory, respect the same process but the key (in the point 3 of faq support) must be replaced by {88F93347-0F9B-4FED-BA71-6C2A4CDFE61D}
