I know that this is not the right place to make the complaint, but the registration for free download is broken and the irony is that I can't tell technical services until I have registered. Maybe they will see me here or someone can pass on this message.

Can't get registered on ulead site for download

Maybe if you give it a little time, it will be fixed. I couldn't even get onto the regular website this morning. (I could get onto the forum.)
If not, you can try sending a message via the Customer Service Web Form. You don't have to be registered to use that form. (You do have to be registered to use technical support.)
P.S.
Be careful about posting your email address on the Internet. There are "bots" that scan the Net for anything with an '@' symbol, and they will put you on spam lists!
If you want to put your email address on your personal website, one option is to put a "picture" of your email address. It's a little more trouble for people who want to email you legitimately... they can't simply click the email address. But, it keeps out the troublemakers! (It also prevents blind people from reading it with a screen reader, which can be a problem in some cases.)
