Error saying i eceeded the number of chapters allowed

I m hoping somebody can help me Im using MF3 & MF5 buring onto a dual layer single sided disc , my problem is when MF is about to get ready to burn i get an error message telling me ( Some Chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames). not to forget to mention i also have the chapters joined .
