I accidentally deleted my .vsp file before I could produce a large video project. I also emptied my recycle bin. I have retrieved the file, but something seems to be corrupt about the file.
Is there any way for me to get the .vsp file back and working in VS V9?
I'm trying to recover 30 minute file that I've put five full days into, please help.
Help...I deleted a project before finishing.

Don't waste time waiting for a reply on this one - just start that 5 full days of work again. Although one of the nice things is that it won't take anywhere near that long - you'll remember most of what you did and where you did it, so it should be reasonably quick.
I hate to sound sanctimonious (did I spell that right?) - especially since I too have done stupid things and lost work this way
But when I put that much time into something on a computer, I start to get really nervous and start making periodic backups - because you never know when you'll hit the wrong button, the cat will chew your hard drive, or one of your kids will mail that banana skin into the post slot at the front of the computer....
