Error 4572

Post by Bobm03 »

I have enjoyed using Movie Factory 3 Disc Creator with no problems until today.

I was re-authoring my son's wedding DVD and was at 6:39 in the burning process, converting title 6 of 17, when this error popped up.

Clicking on the "OK" got me another cryptic message:

These were the project settings:

My computer is a Pentium 4, 2.8, 512 meg with 80gig C drive. Other data are in the first image. Movie Factory is updated.

Any ideas?

Properties of the problem title clip??

If it's been created by the Import DVD feature of DVDMF, I think the imported clip might be damaged and you will need to import it again or use some third party tool to fix the clip.

Hope this helps.

I made another attempt to import, re-author and burn.
Same problem

I tried to make a copy. Couldn't do that either.

I tried to re-author another DVD. Worked fine. 8)

I'll get the kid to send me another disc, a good one this time, and try again

Thanks.

make the image first

try no recording to disc at first -- just make the image onto your hard drive.

Then when the image is done, you can burn the dvd.iso image to disc in a separate step...
