Picture Frames

Post by Poopsi »

Is there any way to put a Picture Frame just around one Picture instead of the complete Slide Show? I can only see the Frames to be used for the complete Slide Show. Thank you

Unfortunately PS4's picture frames are applied to ALL of the slides. The workaround would be to frame your photos using an image editor that supports layers (such as Ulead PhotoImpact or Adobe Elements) assuming you have the appropriate 3rd party clipart in a format like WMF. Basically you would apply a frame to your photo and then import the revised photo to your PS4 project.

If you're not comfortable working with layers, another possibility would be to decorate your photos using a specialty program like "Instant Photo Effects 2.0" which includes a variety of frames and has a minimal learning curve.

It's also possible to import transparent PNG images directly to your project via PS4's "Decorate" option on the "1 Organize" tab however clipart in the PNG format is fairly rare.

Thank you for your reply. I do have Adobe Elements but I am also new to that Program and have not used Layers yet. But I will learn it now. Thanks again for the fast answer. Irene
