movie factory 4 no pal for audio only dvd

i have downloaded mf4 with the intension of buying it, but i have found a lot of features do not work. i have set the project prefrencec to pal format, but when i have burned the disc i find it is in ntsc format. i cant find anywhere in the burn now user guide or in the programe where it can be changed. also when making a slide show the dialog box to enter text into the text fields in the menues does not appear at all. Does anyone know if this is because it is a try before you buy version, or is the software realy of such poor quality. i can not get any answer from technical help as i have not bought the product, but i am not likely to buy it if i'm not sure it will work as advertised (fit for purpose )

does anyone know of other manufacturers products which will do the same tasks as movie factory4?

Confused: "audio only dvd" is a DVD-Audio, right?
What makes you think it is NTSC or can be made as PAL?

You probably know that the new MF5+ is being sold now.
There are MF4 updates for known problems.

(Sorry I am not familiar with the slideshow problem)
