Couple of issues with VS10+

First issue is the fact that whenever I exit out of my project whilst creating the DVD Menus, the chapter points seem to shift all over the place, or the video is out of sync with the chapter points when I try to replay them before writing to a DVD image or disc. I haven't tried writing to a disc in this state simply because it seems a waste. Why does it do this and are there any current patches which may fix this problem?

Second issue is that whatever I do such as deselecting "Motion Menu", I cannot seem to disable the animated thumbnails appearing, when before in VideoStudio I could simply make a thumbnail still picture which seemed to be a lot more pleasing to the eye, especially as many of the chapter timings are overlapping and showing the same piece of film again and again.

Both of the above problems seem to be occuring with any type of media, HDV or normal DV.

Any help with the above two problems are (as always) very much appreciated!!!
