Need help with Photo Express 4.0 Error

Maybe someone can help me . I have Ulead photo express 4.0 scrapbook edition & every time I click on the icon to begin using the program I get this message & then it shuts down .

lpe40. EXE- Application Error
The Instruction at "0x4ca066db" referenced memory at "0x054b6000" The memory could not be read.

Any help is appreciated. :D

What Windows version do you use??
Your system configuration??

Do you have any MSN Plug-in like MSN Shell installed in your system??

I'm using windows XP .

Sorry but I don't know where to find the system config. or the MSN shell .

The program worked fine before but it suddenly started doing this. I've tried uninstalling it but it didn't help. And I have plenty memory because it's a new PC . Thanks , any help is appreciated :D

Before you cannot use PhotoExpress, any software do you install in the system??

Yes I could use photo express before , it just quit working . Yes i've had other software in my PC but I uninstall it when I don't use it much .

What's the software you installed other than Ulead PhotoExpress??

I don't have any other software that I installed , I uninstall it if I don't use it much .

The only thing that's on there is what came on my printer install cd which is Hewlett Packard Director & Imaging .

I did email the tech support & they haven't answered as of yet .
