Problem with "Ulead Video@Home 2.0" and InstantTV

Hi i have a problem with my new InstantTV USB capture device using Ulead Video@Home 2.0....
when i start Ulead Video@Home 2.0 a prompt show an error

file is captured , but when i stop recording ...capture file dissapear
please help me
