I just upgraded to MF5+. Included in + are a couple of applications that were previously included as trial software. They're supposed to be free now.
However, when I attempt to install WinDVD 7 silver, it asks for a serial number. I only have the serial number for MF5+ and it doesn't work with the WinDVD 7 silver.
How do I install WinDVD?

Doesn't say anything about a previous version installed except to uninstall it as in this FAQ.
Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5 Plus will automatically install InterVideo WinDVD 7 (Silver) version on your computer. If you already have a version of WinDVD installed, this will be detected during the installation process and may result in this error message.
But, it isn't automatically installing it. Instead it asks for a serial number.

Click on the autorun.exe file instead of the setup.exe file.
Select utilities from the resultant menu and then select WINDVD and it will install without asking for a serial number.
