HELP!!

I downloaded the trial version of Cool 3D Production Studio. I liked it so I bought it. When I uninstalled the trial version and installed the full version i discovered that the Easy Pallett was empty. I also bought and downloaded the two offered plugins.

When I went to my control Panel it said Trial version...I could also not uninstall it. I had to delete it under my programs and run a registry cleaner to get rid of it. I downloaded the program a second time and still the same problem.
I reinstalled the trial version and it works fine but I cannot use the plugins!
I believe the download site for teh full version is corrupted.

I have written twice to technical support without reply. I also have not been encouraged by some of the notes I've read on the message board...sigh.

Any help out there?

I tried to reply to your private email but it bounced back so I'll reply here.
I think you may find the Madness Plug-ins have installed but they are not obvious.

In the Easy Pallete look for the item 'Global Effects'
Here you should find some new entries including 'Fireworks' and a few others.
Those are the madness Plug-ins.
