Ulead have made an elf-struck circle!

I can´t register my product,I don´t know a S/N. I can´t look for S/N ,my product is not active (I get a licence key by email only, no S/N). I can´t active my product - a mesage "Limit users can not try this product. You can use normaly after succesful activa-tion" came forward after I did download the full version. But HOW activate the product? The trial version I have uninstaled from my PC according a reccomendation of Ulead Customer service - no effect. I have bought the DMF5 and asked for help without success just three weeks ago!! Could you help me?

IF your using XP or Win2000 you need to be logged on as an Administrator.

I have get a link to the ESD copy MF from Ulead Customer Service, which was active 3 days. Sorry, the server on this link did reply : 'No such file or directory!' all the time of the activity.
Now I am waiting for a new activity ot the Customer service. I am looking forward …
