Ulead 4.0 - Help with Splicing

I have the old Ulead 4.0 Software. Could anyone please tell me (step by step) how to splice two video clips together?

I know how to cut segments out but I cannot find a way to splice two clips together. I have dragged both clips to the storyboard one in front of the other but I need help in joining them.

Please don't double post.

Others tried to help you in your original post, and even asked you to reply with more info, which you obviously have not yet done. If you do so they might be able to help, but seeing as your version is so old, and the program has changed so much over the years, that may not be possible, especially without your feedback.
