looking for a way to do sparkler text animation...

I do alot of wedding video and i saw an effect that i would like.
it had the names of the bride and groom being spelt out with a sparkler.
cool 3d had a sparkler effect but it dosent spell out the name it just doed a wipe effect .

anyone have any idea??

Hi Shayne,

Steve has a tutorial in our tutorial section, that demonstrates doing handwriting in video. You could possibly use this along with some sparkle for the text..

this is good but still not what i am after.
remember the intro to disney stuff??
tinkerbell would write with her want and spell out words...
I want that but with a sparkler doing the writing.
I am sure it is included with some crappy video software somewhere ??
I have video studio 9 and i use it alot as i would rather have 1 good program and know how to use it than 20 programs and no idea.
i have seen plugins for this program that do some cool things but so far nothing for text other than cool 3d.

There's an effect package that you could buy, that might be able to do this. Go to Prodad Heroglyph and check out the bottom left one. Just click on the image to play a sample in WMP..
