DVD - Movie Factory 5

After using DMF5 (Downloaded Licence Key Version) very satisfactorily for 2 months - I now have 'Failure To Launch' - The launcher comes up but not the main program or the quick drop - I have done a clean re-install & still cannot use the program -- Any ideas?
