Do a 'main' screen...with no thumnails possible with VS9 ?

I've tried searching and reading the manual. Haven't found solution to this:

Capture a simple home video. No chapters created. It 'automatically' creates one big chapter. Ok. So I type over the 'my title ' on the menu and even use a captured jpeg file for my main background. But it ALWAYS puts in one thumbnail. I would like to have that main screen without the thumbnail, so there is really no chapters used. If you select no chapters, then when you preview , when you press play on the preview screen, the video just starts playing . I want it to look like a commercial video, where you just see the captured jpeg and title of the video and it doesn't start until you press play.

I tried using the Title option. But it merely shows a title for a few seconds but the video still starts playing 'automatically'.

I even tried looking at the various chapter supplied templates to see if there is one with no thumbnails. And I haven't found a way to create my own template, sans thumbnails.
