Ulead changed my Member Support password and EMAILED me a new one (fine so far)
New password didn't work. I EMAILLED customer services to ask why.
They replied By EMAIL that they were having trouble with Aol accepting their EMAILS.
I EMAILED back that I had received their EMAIL thanks Aol was working well and it was their password or system that wasn't and would they kindly interrogate THEIR system for my Password Verify that it Worked and then EMAIL it to me.
They EMAILED back to say that they were sorry I was having problems which was caused by Aol etc etc and they hoped I was having a nice day and to contact them again if I needed further help.
If anyone has their postal address I should like to send a Banana to the Chimp who's running the place
