Component Designer Installation

I can't believe this!! I have Ulead XL and downloaded the components which is found in the WCS file. The file is showing all the banners, buttons, and all bonuses but yet they will not work in the program. I have PI 7 and 8 and they were installed but now they are gone too. I don't know what gives with this. It's like the work for awhile and are found in the files, yet I get nothing.
