How do you fade out the end of the video using ulead studio 10??

If you mean fade-out the video, then just place a black color clip at the end of the video clip. Then insert a fade to black or cross-fade transistion. You can adjust the fade accordingly to suit your taste.

Or if you are talking about fading the audio, you can select the fade-out button for the audio, or use the rubber-band method to manually fade the audio.

yeah...i was talking about fading the audio and video...there's no real easy way to do it??

and how do you use the audio fade without the rubber band method??

To use the audio fade, go to the audio step by clicking on the Audio step button at the top, and also click on the audio timeline where you have your audio. (This is assuming you have a seperate audio track). Then click on the Speaker icon at the top left of the storyboard/timeline. (there are 3, Storyboard, Timeline, Audio). Now in the audio panel, locate and click on the Attribute Tab. In the Attribute tab you should see the fade-in / fade-out buttons beside the Clip Volume. Click on the fade-out button.
