Hi resnoodred,
In order to help you we need more information. Please read the following : Also please complete your system information in your profile. This will help us in troubleshooting your problems now, and in the future this information will already be available, so you will not have to re-type it.
You might also read Steve's tutorial From Camcorder to DVD.
We need to know how you got the video into your computer, (Firewire, USB, a 3rd party capture device, or downloaded from the internet)? What format are they, (AVI, DV, MPEG-1, 2 or 4, Xvid, DivX, or WMV)? When you saved, are you meaning you saved the project (VSP file)? If not what type of video file did you create in Share>Create Video File? Lastly what media are you wanting to view it with or on? Your computer, DVD or VCR?

rsnoodred,
Media Player can probably play it as-is. If you simply click on the file, Media Player will probably play it. Or, open it with Media Player.
If you transfer it to a different computer, the new computer might not have the proper codec.
You didn't say which Ulead program. The Ulead program might create a project file. You cannot "play" a project file. It only contains instructions and pointers to the actual video file. (With Ulead Video Studio, I think these are .VSP files.)
P.S.
Your writing is terrible! If English is your 2nd language, I'll cut you some slack. Otherwise, please slow down and write in sentences! People are more willing to help if you take the time to clearly explain your problem/situation. (I spell-checked this, to make sure I’m not being a hypocrite!)
