I wonder if anyone can help me. Before uploading new video clips I attempted to delete previoulsy used video clips from the right hand Library pane. I had highlighted the clips to delete and tried to delete them as a group and not indicividually. Seemed to be working but then PC froze. Had to restart PFC.Now when I open Video Studio 10 I get the following error message:
Error: Loading from video stream
If I try and press the the OK button I get a ping and no action - if I press the 'x' I get a ping and a blank clip appears in the library pane - I have to press the 'x' a number of times before I can either load new clips or close the programme.If I drag a drop a new clip into the project pane I am then back to the error message. Have removed the programme from PC and all associated files. On reloading the programme from scratch the same message appears on opening it up. Any advice on trying to solve the prob most welcome.
