Ulead Auto Detector
Ulead Auto Detector
I have just installed CD&DVD Picture Show 4 and I am not sure what this new Icon in my Tasbar is all about. It is called Ulead Auto Detector. What does it do? Can anyone explain that for me? Thank you

Hi, welcome to the forum
When you plug in a compliant digital camera or flash memory card, the auto detector recognizes it and opens PictureShow's "import" interface. It's just intended as a convenience however (just going from memory here) I believe you can disable it from running on startup by right clicking it's icon in the sys tray and selecting the appropriate setting. If not, you can run msconfig and deselect it from the startup menu.
