DVD write speed decrease after installing DMF 5

I installed dmf 5. Everything was working until I came to burn section. I mention that the highest available speed is only 4x. My DVD drive is capable to burn 16x Dual-Layer. I used 16x DVDs -R . Just to be sure. I un-installed DMF and mentioned that now even my NERO won't burn more than 4x.
I installed DMF again and put a patch on top of it but it still doesn't work.

I don't whether this helps or not but burn speed is determined by both the DVD burner you have and also the speed of the disks that you are trying to burn to. Are you sure your burner can burn at more than 4x? In any case do not worry, if you burn at more than 4x the DVDs will probably not play on most commercial DVD players, but will on your computer DVD drive.

Thanks, I actually found and sorted out. I write this just in order this problem happens someone else.
DMF 5 some how did changed the dvd write speed on my computer. The solution is easy. Just go to my computer, choose your dvd drive, right click on it and choose properties, go to the recording flick. Here you can see the DMF changed the recording speed to 4x. Change it back to maximum.

Well, that means you have the Windows recording modules enabled (maybe another possible reason for a conflict at any given time).

In that same panel I have the option "Enable CD recording on this drive" unchecked on all my systems.
Of course I can still burn, but not with the Windows internal engine for dragging and dropping files to removable media.
