Question about menu template

This is the menu template that I am using:

I got the template from: Text Menu > Corporate > Still_C08

My question is this: I really like how is has the rectangular effect underneath each text in the menu. Was that grey rectangular effect possible to do in Ulead DVDWORKSHOP or was it created in another program?

Under the Button Tab, try using the Object Menu Overlays -- and resize them accordingly...
