Help with chapters and menu VS10+

When I share my video, I choose "Ceate Disc" and my video appears at the left bottom.
Then I drag the jog to create chapters (ok I create 3) when I click OK the new page is the menu to be selected (modified title,......)

2 questions :

1) What I can't arrive to do, is to make appear my 3 chapters with the menu and to define the return menu or not?

2) How do we do if I want to create one chapter in the first menu which point to a second menu?

The different tutorials I read aren't enough detailed for this function
