Hello all
I just upgraded my system and am having trouble burning DVD's
I have an Intel P4 2.4, ~700mb RAM using a BENQ DW1620 DVD burner.
I will be able to get through all the steps until it actually starts burning the DVD. At that point 1 of 3 things occur, either the burning progression stops but the disk continues to burn and I have to reset the system, or in the middle of burning this error will occur: DVDR-DAO-SPTI-2A-02-03-0C00 or the burning will get to 100% continue to burn for a while then give me this error: DVDR-DAO-SPTI-00--2-03-0C-00.
Can anyone give me some theories about what may be happening.
I am going to head out for a bit, a little frustrated at the moment, but I would appreciate any thoughts.
Thanks,
Clayton

Thanks H.T.
I checked the media I was using (imation) against the authorized list from the manufacturer and it was not on it. I purchased disks that were on the list and got a successfull burn on the 1st try.
