FAIL TO BURN

Maybe some success

1. removed every mp3 from each individual slideshow and inserted wav files for the music instead.
2. saved every individual slide show to an external hard drive
3. saved the collection of slide shows to one big slide show
4. saved the presentation as an iso on an external hard drive

MAYBE some success. Burned to a dvd and it actually plays. Now have to go back and tweak the last couple slide shows and add them to the presentation and then tweak the title, etc on the presentation.

This is way too much work. This has been 4 days to do this and burning a slide show is about an hour. This should be much easier.

The instructions for this program are useless. You have to figure everything our yourself.

This program is still not performing adequately--creates great slideshows but still won't burn. I think I got cheated, and from a read on this forum I'm not the only one. I bought it at a CompUSA on the recommendation of the sales rep. I'm not happy at all, but if SOMEONE can get it to burn I'll be happy.
Completing details of your computer, memory, sound card, video card etc does not generate spam. You have not been asked to supply your email address.

my e-mail address is obvious from my user name.

I have managed to burn one dvd with only some of the slideshows I compiled. AND THEN FAIL TO BURN all over again.

Frustration, anger, disappointment in throwing $30 down the drain for this program.

Has anyone experienced the same issues? Also, has anyone tried using a different brand of DVD which might improve chances of actually burning the DVD????

You use your email address as your user name and then wonder why you get spam. Furthermore you have still failed to complete your system specifictions.
