Have just purchased and downloaded the VS10+ upgrade on the web from Uead via 'element 5'. They sent me a e-mail with all the download links and supposedly the License Key. There was no reference to the key number in the e-mail and, (would you believe it) when I tried to install VS10 it asked for the key. I have sent e-mails to both element 5 and Ulead but it is the weekend and they usually take days to reply to queries anway.
Anyone out there had a similar problem and what's the solution ?
