COOL 3D STUDIO - TEXT ANIMATION - PAUSING TEXT AT END

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, I AM TEARING MY HAIR OUT!!!! ARRRGGGG

SIMPLE QUESTION... IF YOU DO A TEXT ANIMATION HOW CAN YOU MAKE IT PAUSE, FOR SAY 5 SECONDS AT THE END OF THE TRANSITION EFFECT?

If you're using one of the canned Object Motion animations or rolling your own using X,Y,Z in the Location Toolbar just animate to your final position then select the last keyframe and copy its attributes at Menu/Edit/Copy.

Now create a new keyframe past this "freeze point" and Menu/Edit/Paste Attributes at this location.

IF your video isn't long enough you can use the Menu/Project/Modify Frames/Pad Frames to add as many as you need to the end of the project.

Looks like I might be able to pause this movement also in Cool 3.5? I just don't see the Menu, Project option.
