what's in the 230mb bonus download for VS10 plus

I have sucessfully downloaded and installed VS10 plus, and the extra content pack.Can anyone tell me what the 230mb bonus download consists of? Does it really add anything worth installing?

Not sure, but when I bought PhotoImpact 11 I got Cool360, GIF Animator, PhotoImpact Album and PhotoExplorer 8.6 as freebies.

Generally if they offer a freebie, take it.
