DVD MovieFactory 5 will not install on Windows Server 2003R2

DVD MovieFactory 5 will not install on Windows Server 2003 R2 x64... always says DirectX 9 is not installed although it really is INSTALLED!

Any workaround with this? Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 is really fast believe me. :)
