Videostudio Crashes when i full screen something else

i dotn knwo whats happening with my Ulead it keeps Closing down when i full screen sometihng else i am running Ulead Videostudio 9 it is a awesome program but i need to know how to fix this problem as it is anpying me and some times i forget that im in the middle of encoding i woudl play a game thats full screen and it crashes would you know any sites with a patch for this

the sound on ulead videostudio 10 is crackling i have checked the speakers it only crackles when i split the audio from the video clip, as it is such a new program i have researched and have found nothing on how to fix it or with anyone with teh same problem so i thought i might ask you

It only crackles when you split the audio.
OK try another approach. Go to the Share Tab and export audio file.
Now mute the audio and import the freshly saved audio track to your timeline.

Does it still crackle?

Which other programs do you have that do extensive CPU / memory intensive operations and put a high load on the disk controller for read/write operations and let you play a game in full screen while they are at it?
